Missing audio
If you're unable to hear any audio when playing RuneScape: Dragonwilds, it might be due to your system's audio.
- Check your computer's audio settings and ensure you don't have audio muted
- It might be that you have muted only RuneScape: Dragonwilds if the audio for your device isn't muted. To check this:
- Go to Volume (on your task bar)
- Right click to select Volume Mixer
- Look for the volume slider with the RuneScape: Dragonwilds logo, and make sure this is turned up
Missing audio in certain situations
If audio is only missing sometimes - such as missing music, sound effects etc - it might be that you have the relevant option turned turn or muted in the games settings. To resolve this:
- Open the Settings menu
- Head to the Audio setting
- Ensure that no audio settings are turned down or muted unexpectedly
