Whilst we're making constant effort to improve and polish RuneScape: Dragonwilds, as with any game, you may occasionally encounter bugs, issues or things that just seem a bit off.
Want your bug report to have maximum impact?
Whilst we'll welcome any information you can provide, a well-written, easy to reproduce description will help us fix your issue quicker, so please let us know as much information as possible. This includes info like:
- Are you able to reproduce the issue? If so, what are the exact steps?
- What were you doing when you experienced the issue?
- What exactly is the issue? (be as specific as possible)
- How often does it occur? (e.g. is it every time or was it a one-off, freak occurrence?)
Player ID
To assist in possible support requests or to investigate player multiplayer bans, our support team may request your Player ID.
To find your Player ID in game, go to the settings menu. It will be at the bottom of the screen.
Alternatively, Epic Player IDs can be found by following these steps.
