Whilst we're making constant effort to improve and polish RuneScape: Dragonwilds, as with any game, you may occasionally encounter bugs, issues or things that just seem a bit off. This is especially true whilst we're still in Early Access and the game is still in active development.
Before reporting an in-game bug or issue, please try following our troubleshooting guides to see if they resolve the issue.
If the issue persists, please also check out our Known Issues and Error Codes article to see if the bug/issue is already known.
Want your bug to have maximum impact?
Whilst we'll welcome any information you can provide, a well-written, easy to reproduce description will help us fix your issue quicker, so please let us know as much information as possible. This includes info like:
- Are you able to reproduce the issue? If so, what are the exact steps?
- What were you doing when you experienced the issue?
- What exactly is the issue? (be as specific as possible)
- How often does it occur? (e.g. is it every time or was it a one-off, freak occurrence?)
