What is RuneScape: Dragonwilds?
RuneScape: Dragonwilds is a Survival Through Sorcery game set in the RuneScape universe. Discover the lost continent of Ashenfall and rise from noob to dragon-slaying hero. Adapt, overcome, and survive in a breathtaking, hand-crafted fantasy open world.
Where can I play RuneScape: Dragonwilds?
RuneScape: Dragonwilds is leaving Early Access and launching on September 15th on XBOX Series X | S, Playstation 5, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC platforms!
How do I purchase the Deluxe Edition?
Players will be able to upgrade to the Digital Deluxe Edition through a stand-alone DLC purchase.
The physical edition of RuneScape: Dragonwilds will be available to purchase through preorder or direct purchase later this year. Available in both a Standard and Deluxe edition for XBOX Series X|S and PlayStation 5, the physical edition will come with a physical disc version of RuneScape: Dragonwilds.
Right now, we're seeing retailers starting to list their pre-orders for Physical Editions of the game sporadically. We do not have a preferred partner or stockist, and we're seeing a range of stores begin to list their preorders, so please search "RuneScape: Dragonwilds Physical Edition" for results situated near to you!
If I have the game on Steam, does that mean I can access it via the Jagex Launcher?
The Jagex Launcher is just another way for you to get your hands on RuneScape: Dragonwilds if you hadn't already picked it up. It's an entirely separate platform from Steam.
How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?
Your feedback was fundamental in helping us refine the experience during Early Access and we aim to continue working alongside our community. Where's all the RuneScapey-ness?
The world of RuneScape is massive - 25 years of content is an enormous wealth of history to try and get into RuneScape: Dragonwilds. Our team are a small, passionate group of fans who are trying to do justice to the content we all love, bringing it to life in our game by drawing from both RuneScape and Old School RuneScape's styles. We're taking our time to research, listen and do our best to bring iconic pieces of Gielinor's history to life, but also making sure we don't compromise on our vision for what we want Ashenfall to look like as we continue to grow!
Can I mod RuneScape: Dragonwilds?
Many RuneScape: Dragonwilds players have already created some amazing mods to enrich the Dragonwilds experience. If you're thinking about creating one, please review our modding guidelines!
Is RuneScape: Dragonwilds coming to Mac?
We don't currently have any planned dates to release onto Mac platforms.
Is RuneScape: Dragonwilds playable on Steam Deck?
RuneScape: Dragonwilds may be officially playable on Steam Deck at some point in the future, but it's not our main focus right now.
