Crafting allows you to create items, weapons and tools to aide your survival in the harsh wilds of Ashenfall. You'll need to have the required resources and tools first, though.
Accessing Crafting
To start crafting, you'll first need to create a Crafting Table. Hit B to enter Build mode. Select the Crafting Table in the Basic Survival tab, move it to an appropriate position in the world, then Left-Click to place it.
Run up to the Crafting Table and hit E to start crafting!
Using the Crafting Table
Two menus will open when you use the Crafting Table - your inventory on the left and the crafting interface on the right.
Inventory tab
The inventory tab will show you how many of each resource you have. Use this to refer to your remaining resources when crafting!
Crafting tab
The crafting tab is where the good stuff happens. There are multiple categories of things to craft in RuneScape: Dragonwilds and each will have it's own section in this menu; such as Weapons and Tools.
If you have the required resources to craft something you will see the item totally opaque. If you're missing something it will appear slightly transparent.
Click an item to get an overview of what it is, the resources needed to create it and the items stats (if relevant.) If you have the required resources, hit CRAFT and the item will be added to your inventory!
Tip | You can craft multiples of an item at once! Change the quantity slider at the bottom before hitting CRAFT.
Durability
Items and tools will become worn out with use and eventually break, becoming unusable. You'll need to bring them to a Crafting Table and change to Repair mode to restore them.
